Dr. Michelle Haldeman
Dr. Michelle Haldeman (she/her) is proud to be a physician at The Foot & Ankle Clinic since 2018 specializing in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. She has a special interest in wound care which she offers in the Lakewood office as well as at the Wound Healing Center at Lutheran Hospital. Through the Cleveland Clinic Foundation she offers inpatient and surgical treatments with her affiliations including Lutheran Hospital, Fairview Hospital and Fairview Surgery Center. She is also affiliated with Big Creek Surgery Center where she performs many of her elective surgeries. She is an American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery Board Qualified surgeon and her favorite procedures are Lateral Ankle Stabilizations, and skin grafts.
As a life-long Clevelander, Dr. Haldeman is dedicated to her community. She grew up in Chagrin Falls, Ohio and graduated from Bowling Green State University. She returned to the Cleveland area to attend the Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine where she graduated with honors and was a part of the Pi Delta National Podiatry Honor Society. During her surgical residency at University Hospital she excelled by completing her graduation qualifications early and spent the later of her senior year on a medical expedition in Nairobi, Kenya. Starting her career within the city and surrounding areas of Cleveland was important to her in order to give back to a place she loves as well as stay close to family. As a devoted public servant, you can find her at various community outreach health fairs, volunteering at local youth sporting events, teaching free yoga classes and providing drive-by consults at any given time and place. In her free time she loves to cook, go for walks, and spend time with her family.
